1. Information We Collect
1a. Information You Provide
When you register for or use the VPAP portal, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Job title, dealership or agency affiliation
- Payment and tax information (for example W-9 data for freelance contractors)
- Portfolio links, credentials, and professional background
- Content you upload to the portal, including video, photo, and edited asset files
- Communications you send to us through the portal or by email
1b. SMS and Telephone Data
If you opt in to SMS communications, we collect your mobile phone number and records of your consent, including the date, time, and method of opt in. We also retain records of messages sent and received, opt out requests, and HELP responses.
1c. Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website or use the portal, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system
- Pages visited, time and date of visits, referring URLs, and clickstream data

- Improve and maintain the portal’s functionality and user experience

3. SMS Communications
When you opt in to SMS communications from MediaMotionPortal, we use your mobile phone number and related consent information solely to deliver the messages described in our SMS Terms of Service. Specifically:
- We do not sell your mobile phone number to third parties
- We do not use your mobile number for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent
- You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message
Our SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN SPAM Act, and applicable carrier requirements including 10DLC campaign registration.

MediaMotionPortal does not sell, rent, or share your personally identifiable information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We work with third party vendors who assist in operating the portal, processing payments, sending communications, and providing analytics. These vendors only access the information needed to perform their services and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.
- Dealership Partners: Freelancer profile and project data may be shared with the relevant AMSI dealership or managing partner in connection with an assigned production project.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process, such as a court order or government inquiry.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the portal or email prior to any such transfer.
- Protection of Rights: We may disclose information where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Freelance contractor records including payment and tax documentation may be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with applicable IRS requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.
7. Security
MediaMotionPortal uses commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our portal transmits data over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that requires notification under applicable law, we will provide notice electronically.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

The VPAP portal is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older) in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

The portal or website may contain links to third party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
